I have almost 30 years of dog owning experience and own/operate my own dog training business, Merle Pack Dog Training. I have extensive experience with dogs both large and small and can quickly adapt to your pet's unique needs / routine. Dogs make up such a huge part of my life, my late Aussie, Angus, was even a part of my wedding (See profile pic).

I have known Brendan for over 10 years and in that time, he has consistently demonstrated that he is a responsible, kind, patient and trustworthy person. He has worked with our dogs on an ongoing basis from the time they were puppies. Brendan exercises and provides obedience and agility training for our Aussie mix, Ava, and feeds, administers medications, and walks both Ava and our other rescued dog, Pip, when we are out-of-town. I am always impressed with Brendan’s almost encyclopedic knowledge on a wide-range of dog breeds and their unique traits, as well as how calmly he is able to handle any type of dog, no matter it’s age or temperament. He only uses positive reinforcement when he’s with our dogs and they are always very happy to be with him. I would highly recommend Brendan Bracken as a wonderful caregiver for any type of pet.
Brendan is very conscientious and kind with our two small, high energy dogs. His calm demeanor and attention to their needs leaves us feeling that our pets are in excellent care whenever we need to leave town.

A typical day
I live in Arrowbear and have access to a number of trails right behind my house that the dogs and I enjoy. We also love walking down by the lake near Fawnskin in Big Bear.

Availability
My wife and I run our own web design and marketing business from our home and have tons of free time to devote to our pets (and yours). I am in full control of my schedule and am able to work within your existing routines with ease. We currently have three animals, a miniature Australian Shepard, a Great Pyrenees, and even an American Miniature Pig. When not with my other animals, I am typically tending to my aquariums and vivariums too. I am constantly surrounded by animals 24/7 and have the tools and knowledge to help with yours.
