Pet care experience
I live on 7 fenced acres with a pond here in Redding, CA. Your pet will be a part of our family while they are here and they will receive the best care possible while they are here with me on our property. Ever since I was a little girl I have always been an animal lover and I have always had dogs and cats growing up, which I cared for with great love and attention. Currently, I walk my dog 3 miles per day rain or shine and I believe nutrition plays a major role in the health of your dog. I feed my dog, Fromm dog food, which is a family-owned business since 1904. I am a former health care professional and I have even given my dogs their immunizations at times. Our dog has had to have various surgeries in the past and we have never hesitated to get her the care she has needed. Our dog has always been loved, well-groomed and exercised. Brenda has always been a very loving and extremely responsible dog and cat owner. She has been an animal lover since day one and there is not a safer person you could entrust your pet to. I recently had to leave my puppy with her because my housing wouldn’t allow me to have a dog and she has been the best second mom I could hope for! Cannot recommend her enough!
Hi I am a neighbor and friend of Brenda. We walk the neighborhood often with our dogs. (On leashes of course) She has a beautiful close knit family and is very loving towards her dog Fisher that she will be quick to say is her baby! She has a big heart and concern for all animals. I live on 7 fenced acres in a nice safe neighborhood here in Redding. I have a large outdoor kennel and a couple portable pet carriers if you prefer them to be kenneled for naps etc. I have portable fencing for outdoors as well. We have lots of shade on our property when the summers heat up. They are also welcome in our home. I love to walk dogs in our wonderful safe neighborhood.

I would like to know if there is anything in particular you'd like me to do for your pet while they are here enjoying their stay. I am flexible and will be able to meet their needs whether it be giving medication or just certain needs your pet may have. I would also like to know how your dog/pet gets along with other pets. I can surely keep dogs/cats separated if there is a need for this. I do not have any particular breed preference, all are welcome!
A typical day
Your dog will have lots of space to run and play. If they like to chase a ball I can throw them a ball anywhere on the property and they can run long distances here on our 7+ acres. We can also walk the neighborhood, it is a safe neighborhood with lots of quiet streets and limited traffic. Indoors we can have fun playing with dog toys, snuggling, and eating treats! Your dog will have lots of activity here on the property. I have a 1-year-old Great Pyrenees who is very laid back and she thinks every dog is her best friend, she absolutely loves to play with other dogs! She is gentle and loving towards all dogs and gets along very well with my cat. She is a gentle giant and so sweet.

Availability
I am a stay at home housewife here in Redding, CA and I am very flexible with time and individual needs you may have with your dogs/cats. I will be spending every moment with your pet as I do not have an outside job, they will be continuously monitored. It is your choice where you'd like them to sleep at night. I have dog gates, fences and carriers. Wherever your dog is used to sleeping, we will make it work, I am very flexible. Also, my husband works out of our home so he will be here as well.
