Pet care experience
I’ve had a pet ever since I was young. I recently lost a doggy due to age, but I want to continue my love for dogs and cats through this service. I prioritize their cleanliness and rest, every pet is different so I like to get to know their personality and have them guide our relationship - ex. some cats hate being held and smothered, so I will give them space to warm up to my place and me while still providing care.

I live in a townhouse and have a clean backyard for doggies that love their outside time! I have my own room. I also have minimal stairs and I keep many doors shut so pets don’t wander around and potentially hurt themselves. I do live with two other college students who are close friends of mine and very trustworthy (no allergies and clean).

A typical day
We’ll go on fun walks! I live really close to the Lincoln Memorial, so we’ll have safe sidewalks to go on a run/walk every morning. Foggy Bottom is pet friendly.

Availability
I’m a senior year college student at GWU. Most of my classes are in the evenings for maximum 3 hours. Therefore, most of the time I’ll be in my home. I don’t anticipate any in-person internship work obligations because it’s remote-based.
