Since I was a little girl I’ve had pets of all sizes and breeds. From hamsters to large dogs, I loved them all. I always wonder if I could get a do over if I would have gone to college to become a veterinarian. I frequently take care of my neighbors and other family members pets. When my dog was a puppy we went to training classes once a week for a whole year. I learned so during that time.

Brenda has been doing drop in visits twice a week with our 1 year old dog, Kaya for 2 months now, and she’s been great! Brenda is responsive and flexible with our schedule, and Kaya loves her. Knowing that Brenda is there to play with and walk our pup when we can’t has been a big relief. I definitely recommend her!
Brenda takes care of our dog Finn when we travel. He absolutely LOVES going on ‘vacation’ to her house. She treats and cares for him like he’s her own dog! It’s such comfort for me when he’s with her because I know he’s being well cared for!
I can’t say enough great things about Brenda and the care she provides for our puppy Otis. Otis is a 19 month old Boxer/Lab mix and is highly energetic. She has been there for us the last year and a half to walk or care for him when needed. She cares for Otis as if he were her own. She is very trustworthy and dependable and I never have to worry about him when he is in her care.
Brenda was great with our girl Lacey! Lacey get's very excited to see Brenda and gets sad to see her leave. Brenda is very communicative, she sends lots of updates, and dealt with our last minute date and time changes with grace! Highly recommended her!

I have a very gentle 13 year old yellow lab at home. He loves everyone. I’m not sure I’ve met a dog yet that doesn’t like a good walk, but if your dog would rather play fetch, I’m all for playing games as well.

A typical day
We’ll take walks around the neighborhood. Play fetch or other games in the yard. There is a local dog park I can also take them to.

Availability
I am currently not working and have plenty of time Monday through Friday to take care of someone else’s pets. Weekends will be available after October.
