To whom it may concern, I had the pleasure of having Brenda Black on my team from Dec 2017 to April 2019. For that period, she worked on our dog walking team caring for dogs of all sizes and breeds. In that time, she was always a hard worker, flexible and dedicated to the care of the animals in her charge. Self-motivation, punctuality and a caring & thoughtful attitude were all requirements of her position with us with in which she demonstrated and excelled at. The nature of our business requires us to be with pets inside their own homes while owners are away. This means following a variety of instructions at each home while keeping safety in the home a priority- many times for a more particularly meticulous clientele. Our clients were always happy with the care their pets received while in Brenda's care, and she had a 100% 'Great' happiness rating directly coming from our clients during the time she worked for us. One client who is a police officer would ask for Brenda specifically to care for her difficult dog with behavioral issues. On several occasions Brenda out her clients first by driving all the way down from Minneapolis to south Prior Lake mid snowstorm to ensure the dogs would have care for the day, even arriving on time when many of my other sitters could not.
