I would leave zero stars if able. This is the first time I have ever hired a house/pet sitter and am very disappointed. My family and I just returned from a one week vacation. I returned home and my 9 month old puppy was in a crate with urine as she had been left longer that requested. When I asked Bree about this, she stated she left at noon; which was 7 hours earlier than the original booking request. So my puppy was left in a crate for 12 hours- after I also requested she not be crated longer than 8 hours at a time due to her age. As if that alone was not enough, Bree was oblivious that our puppy (which I reiterated repeatedly needed to be carefully watched during out meet and greets) chewed the protective cover off of the AC unit wires and into the wires themselves. When I asked Bree about this she apologized but did not take any responsibility for the incident. I asked to be reimbursed for the damaged, but Bree refused to be accountable for not providing supervision I requested and she agreed to. So the feedback I have is that Bree lacks the maturity and accountability to be responsible for another person's home and their pets. At the very least she should reimburse me for the damage caused or refund me a portion of the fee I paid her; she has refused to do either.

Bree did a wonderful job for us when she babysat our three fur kids. Two of our babies are older and need daily medication which Bree handled wonderfully. She kept us updated about kids for the entire week and when we returned it was obvious they had enjoyed their time with her. We highly recommend Bree to anyone looking for a caring, conscientious pet sitter. We hope to be able to use her next time we have to be away. Thanks Bree, you did great!
