Pet care experience
I recently graduated from my doctoral program and currently work from home and have some free time to take breaks to drop in and/ or walk your dog! I have long term experience with animals of all kinds, including dogs. I am an avid dog lover and have always had them as pets. I have raised puppies, as well as cared for adult dogs. I have been a dogsitter/walker on and off in the past as my schedule has allowed. Additionally, I worked as a dog bather, dog walker, and doggy daycare attendant in the past. I have also worked with all types of other animals, including cats, small mammals, reptiles, zoo animals, and wildlife. I have my own dog who is spoiled and treated as my child, and I know how important he is to me and therefore understand how important your pet is to you. :)

Breanna was my first dog sitter for my pups, and they love her! I have 3 pups with 3 very different personalities, and she's been able to adapt to all 3 of their styles and needs. One of my pups is super shy, so she spent multiple days coming over and spending time with him so that he would get used to her before she stayed overnight for the weekend. She sent tons of videos and pics of the pups while I was gone, and they were so happy and my shy boy was so confident with her! I highly recommend Breanna, and she will definitely be asked to sit for my pups whenever she's available! I'm so sad she's only here for the summer, she's set the bar really high for other dog sitters!!
I have observed Breanna's dog caregiving skills for over ten years. I have seen her care for our own pets, including four different breeds of dogs, as well as petsit and care for other friend's and family's pets. I also observed her raise and train our most recent puppy addition, Alaïa, and she did great with her, she was patient yet stern and taught her well. She is passionate about animals, especially dogs, and has great compassion and caring abilities. She also is an extremely motivated, organized, intelligent young woman capable of caring for other people's furbabies responsibly!

Since I am currently providing drop ins or walks I would of course meet your pet and see the home / environment. I would want to ensure I know how to safely get into and lock up the home before and after the visit, how the dog acts when someone enters the home, and how they act in the yard/ on walks! Any issues / concerns such as digging, eating things on walks, aggression, etc!
Information Breanna V. would like to know about your pet
whether they have any previous signs of aggression, if they are house trained, how often they need to be let outside, and conditions requiring special attention or medication. I want to take the best care possible!
A typical day
With my own dog we either go in the backyard and play fetch and chase or go for a walk, I really let him choose! When we walk I usually allow him to guide and navigate within reason to give him the best walk experience. I’d do the same with your pet as well!

Currently working from home, so my dog is spoiled with my time. I can therefore provide services to walk and drop in on dogs during breaks/lunches so your dogs aren’t left alone all day!
