Breanna was so communicative and responsible I felt so comfortable leaving her to take care of my pups. She even watered our garden!!

I hate leaving negative reviews but don’t feel I have a choice. I hired Bre for a 6 day house sit. My previous housesitter was leaving at 7am, so I asked that she be there by 5. She said she could come over at lunch. She didn’t arrive until 7pm, which left my dog alone for 12 hours. She was not communicative about being late. She didn’t explain or apologize. Once she arrived, she took my dog out for three minutes (I have an alarm system that monitors doors opening and closing). She didn’t take her out again until the next morning at 7am, 12 hours later, at which point she gave her another whole 2 minutes outside. At this point I asked her to leave, because I couldn’t trust that my dog would be cared for. When a friend arrived to check on my dog, she was out of water and pooped 3 times immediately upon being let out, indicating that she indeed had not been given sufficient bathroom time. I was hopeful that Bre would take this feedback to heart and I wouldn’t have to write this review, but on top of everything she is charging me a $95 cancellation fee, which means I’m paying her more than half the original price on top of my new house sitter. I strongly suggest finding someone else to care for your pet.
