I grew up on a farm where we had at least 5 dogs at all times. I currently have taken in 3 strays in the past 5 years and have provided them with much love and security as possible. I am an energetic person who loves to go walking and work with dogs with play time and cuddles. I treat dogs much like I treat toddlers in providing structure, routine (with flexibility), and love. I have a 2 sections of yard with one being fenced in and the other is not. I have worked with both my dogs and enjoy doing activities that suit their individual needs (one loves swimming and one does well off leash in the yard with me). I also rely heavily on collaborating with those more knowledgeable than myself to help resolve issues and behaviors.
