Working from home gives us the ability to have at least one of us almost always be home, meaning you won’t need to worry about your pets being alone often. We only accept one family at a time for boardings and daycare, which makes the home less crowded for your pets and gives them more undivided attention. We have two dogs who love to play and are used to other pets, including small animals like cats. We’re extremely communicative. You’ll receive one big detailed update every single day with pictures and videos taken throughout that day, or, if you prefer, 3-4 small updates. The once a day, detailed update, is sent around 6-8 PM CST. The 3-4 small updates are sent random throughout the day. Due to having our own cats and one of our dogs being a chihuahua, we are not a good fit for dogs who have never been around a cat before or have a high prey drive with small animals. On top of the normal dog boarding, we can also host cat boardings. We have a process for cat boarders that we’d be happy to explain beforehand to ensure that they get slowly introduced to the new environment. If your cat(s) aren’t comfortable around other animals, we have plenty of room in our house to where your cat(s) will never be around around our pets. Otherwise, if you’re comfortable with the idea and your boarding is long enough, we go through a slow process to acclimate your cat(s) to our home and animals to where they’ll eventually be able to roam the entire home, like our own pets.
