Breann was great. Came exactly at the time requested. Gave my dog a chance to meet and greet. She was gone a few minutes over her time and my little gal was so happy! Breann was personable, on time, and took her time with Ava. Would use her again, no question. Highly recommend.

Breann was on top of giving me a detailed review of her visit. However, I had set up the arrival time to be 8 which she never respected. I understand that 8 is on the early side (we feed my kitty around then and I wanted to give her as consistent a time as possible) and I wouldn’t have minded a few discrepancies, but she stopped by when it was convenient for her, typically around 2 (the latest at 4, earliest at 11). After the first night when she arrived later in the evening, I asked if she could stick closer to the schedule and she agreed. Even though she agreed, she continued to show up in the afternoons. I’m not usually a stickler for these things, but when I specifically book for a time, specifically confirm that it works, and the other individual accepts, I expect them to show up at least an hour from that. Instead, I was concerned during my vacation time, wondering if she would show up that day. Would not recommend as a drop in person.
