ANAMAZING PET VACAY L.L.C.

Pet care experience

PLEASE READ OUR PROFILE FIRST BEFORE MESSAGING WITH QUESTIONS AS THIS WILL MOST LIKELY ANSWER YOUR MOST COMMON QUESTIONS AND HELP YOU FIGURE OUT IF THIS WILL BE A GOOD FIT FOR YOUR PET! **WE ARE A REGISTERED AND INSURED LLC.** IF YOU ARE TRAVELING TO THE AREA AND LOOKING FOR A LODGING OPTION FOR YOURSELF ASK US ABOUT OUR AIRBNB! Our names are Brayden and Samantha! We are married and live with our two youngest children (9 and 14). We have grown up with dogs all of our lives and have the BIGGEST soft spot for animals of any kind. We enjoy being around animals because they make us laugh, smile, and generally just feel good. Professional pet sitting is Brayden’s full time career so your best friend will rarely be alone. Our home will be their home! We have a fenced in area of our yard with a 6’ privacy fence just for the pups! there is lots of shade and plenty of room to stretch their legs, play fetch, or just lounge around. They will have multiple opportunities during the day to go outside, watch Netflix and cuddle, and more! We have several dog beds and toys to keep them comfy and occupied! When they’re inside they’re free to roam the house and mingle together with the others (aside from rest time and at night when we separate everyone). We do offer exit baths (no grooming or nail trimming, only a good bath) for $10 extra. We will need to know in advance if you will be needing this. We look forward to meeting! **What to expect for your pet’s stay** We are highly experienced with over 20 years of caring for pets. Your pet will have access to areas of the home and will hang out as if they lived there themselves. Your pet will be treated like one of our own! We accept all pets, from Great Danes and cats, to rabbits, birds, and snakes. We have extensive experience with a wide variety of animals. It is important to understand that for the safety of all pets, your pet will be crated during feeding times, night time hours (while sleeping), during weather related emergencies, and in the rare instances that no one is at the home (due to needing to run errands or the likes). What will your pet’s stay look like? Cozy home environment Access to the home like one of our own pets Safe and secured fenced in yard for lots of playtime and relaxation Monitored socialization with other pets Safe and clean environment Fun ‘sleeping’ room where they will be crated to sleep at night Special surprises for those that stay during a holiday Lots of belly rubs! **Minimum requirements to stay with us** - They must be fully house trained to go outside (no puppy pads) and must be able to cue us that they need to potty. - They must be fully crate trained. This means no barking or excessive whining when crated. This is very important as they are crated at night and we have school aged children in the home who need to be able to sleep and not be kept up by barking/whining. - Must be friendly and comfortable with older children (both boys and girls). We have a 10 year old and 14 year old in the home. - Must be friendly with other dogs and have no previous incidences of aggression. - We do have a mini pig that roams with the dogs. We’ve not had any issues so far but you will need to let us know if your dog has a very high prey drive so that we can be aware of this. - Your pet must not be destructive of property. There will be additional fees added for any damages caused by pets. - All pets must be up to date on vaccinations and proof of vaccinations will be required before your pet’s first stay. - Cats and rabbits must be litter box trained and must not have the tendency to mark, spray, or pee outside the litterbox. There will be additional charges for cats and rabbits that do not use the litterbox properly. - If your male dog is not neutered please be sure that they do not mark in the home. There will be additional charges for male dogs who mark in the home. - Please no females in heat. While we are home with your pets outside of these hours, we like to keep drop offs and pick up between business hours out of respect for our neighbors. If you are in need of dropping off or picking up outside of these hours please contact us at and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Monday 8:00 am – 6:00 pm Tuesday 8:00 am – 6:00 pm Wednesday 8:00 am – 6:00 pm Thursday 8:00 am – 6:00 pm Friday 8:00 am – 6:00 pm Saturday 8:00 am – 6:00 pm Sunday 8:00 am – 6:00 pm **What you will need to bring** We provide the home, toys (monitored), and belly rubs. You will need to bring the following: - Your pet’s food - An item of comfort (this can be a favorite toy, blanket, bed, etc). We will give this to them at night time while they are sleeping. - A litterbox (if bringing a cat or rabbit) - A carrier (if bringing a cat or rabbit). If you are bringing a rabbit and it free roams at home and is litterbox trained then we will allow it to free roam in one of our bedrooms safe and away from the dogs. You will still need to bring a carrier for it to sleep in. - An enclosure if bringing a small animal or reptile - Vaccination records **Meet and Greets for new clients (optional)** While we do not require meet and greets, we do offer them as long as scheduling allows. Meet and greets are only meant for the client to bring their pet by to meet Samantha and/or Brayden, and for the client to see the yard/areas of the home where your pet will be allowed and will be sleeping. There will be no introductions to, or interactions with, other pets during the meet and greet. All pet introductions will be done on the day of drop off AFTER the client has left. Our insurance does not cover incidents that arise while the pet owner is on the premises or during meet and greets. There is a place on the ‘New Client Registration’ form where you can indicate whether or not you would like a meet and greet. **BOARDING IS A ROLLING 24 HOURS* This means that if you drop your pet off at 8am on drop off day then you will need to pick them up by 8am on pick up day. We do offer some flexibility with this so just ask us! **Holiday Booking Procedures** While we do board pets throughout the holidays, we do not allow drop offs and pick ups on actual holiday days. No daycare, drop offs or pick ups will be allowed on the following days Easter Independence Day Thanksgiving Day Christmas Eve Christmas Day New Years Eve New Years Day If you will need your pet to stay with us over any of these holidays then please make arrangements for them to be here prior to, or after, the above days. **Legalities and additional information** Kennel Cough: Canine infectious respiratory disease is highly contagious and unfortunately common within a setting where several dogs are interacting together. We needed a sitter for our Lab Goldie while we went on vacation and Brayden had availability and was willing to keep her for us. Brayden kept us updated every day on how she was doing and also sent us pictures. Brayden and his family took great care of her! I highly recommend him if your looking to board your animal! Thanks Brayden!

Information Brayden C. would like to know about your pet

We have no breed or size restrictions. As we said in our bio, the only thing that we ask is that they be friendly being as how we have 3 permanently in the house already and we no longer introduce dogs during meet and greets. We also have children in the home. Please, please be sure that your pet is friendly if you chose to have them stay with us. Our top priority is the safety and happiness of all who come and we can’t have aggressive dogs in the home. The exception to this is food aggression as we feed everyone separate anyway. If you bring your pet knowing that they are aggressive and lead us to believe they aren’t, they will be placed with a different Rover sitter at the first sign of serious aggression. We would contact the client first and then Rover support will place them with another sitter for the remainder of their stay. This change of policy came from an incident that arose with a dog that was said to be friendly and then attacked our oldest, injuring her. We also ask that they be current on all vaccinations as well as free from parasites and fleas! Please have them on some type of flea preventative/heartworm preventative, and be sure they’re flea free before bringing them!

A typical day

We keep the pups engaged and comfortable at all times. Some things to keep in mind when your pup is with us -Your pup would be a part of our family and be able to enjoy fun activities and lots of cuddles and belly rubs! -We always do fun activities with the pets during the holidays so if your fur baby is here during a holiday then they’re in for a special treat! -We do crate at night and in the event that we all leave the home. IT’S IMPORTANT THAT YOUR PUP BE CRATE TRAINED WITH NO SEPARATION ANXIETY FOR THIS REASON.
