Brandy was incredibly sweet and very flexible. My plans changed a couple times and we were trying to get everything set up and she was very prompt and communicative and flexible. It took a lot of stress off my trip and I know Cleo was in good hands and she had a blast playing with Brandy's dogs. I will definitely be using her again in the future.

Please do not leave your pet with this lady. She seemed nice in person and I have nothing against her but my first issue is when I arrived at the house it was very dirty. She does have a young child but it reeked of urine and had food and crayon markings all over the place and was not kid or animal friendly. My second thing was she promised me she’d set aside a space for my older kitty in an office but her “office” was a cubed off room in the living room where she games. My cat was a little sick at the time and required medication. She told me she use to work at an animal hospital so I trusted she would provide the medicine as required. It was liquid and fairly easy. Before leaving I put a tiny sharpie mark under the paper of the meds and when I got him back, the line was still there and none or barely any meds had been given to him. When I picked my kitty up, he had feces and kitty litter packed into his paws, butt and back legs. I had to scrub for an hour to even remove half of it. When I dropped him off, she gave him a large sized dog crate to relax in and help him “settle” but I have a high belief that she left him in there all week from the way he’s behaving and the condition he is in. He must have got little to no time outside the box or around people or so on. Before I left him he was walking fine. Now I did say he was sick but this had nothing to do with it. Now he walks as if he’s drunk and is completely out of it. She does have a young dog and child so I’m not sure if something happened there. My cat is in terrible health now and went to the urgent care vet this morning and goes again tomorrow, weather or not she had anything to do with that, this in my opinion was not a fit home for kittys or animals.
