The sitter I originally booked did not work out and Brandon stepped in at the last minute to save the day. He asked copious questions about Julian which made me feel confident that he truly wanted to understand Julian's unique needs and would take care of him to my exact specifications. Upon drop off he asked more questions and even had me write down notes, which put me even more at ease that he was invested in making sure Julian was cared for properly! His thirst for knowledge about Julian made me feel so much comfortable about leaving Julian with him than I have with other sitters. I would much rather people ask than assume. He keep me updated through the stay which I appreciated. Both Brandon and his roommate were polite, professional, and accommodating. He exceeded my expectations at every turn.
