Brandon did an amazing job taking care of our dog, Cricket. From the start she warmed up to him and could tell he was a dog person. She met his sister and dad as well, and of course his dog, Max. Brandon was very communicative in arranging the sitting, and asked all the right questions about what we (and Cricket) should expect and what he could expect from her. While we were away we received the best photos and communication that made us comfortable knowing that Cricket was doing great with Brandon, Max, and the whole family. And the whole family is key, because they all pitched in to help make our little girl's stay as wonderful and comfortable as possible, even Brandon's cat (and now we know she likes cats). When we picked her up, Brandon gave us a full rundown on how it went and any issues. He understands we know how our dogs are doing by how they eat, drink, sleep, poop, and pee, and let us know so we could have a sense of whether she was doing fine. I can't recommend Brandon enough. He and his family treated our dog like she was their dog for the four days and nights we were gone, and kept us informed like they would have wanted to know about Max. I think the best recommendation is that, while Cricket was clearly glad to see us, she obviously misses Brandon and Max.
