I've been a dog person ever since I was a kid and have always love spending time with them. I know firsthand how stressful it can be to be away from your best friend when you go on vacation, so I’m here to make that time easy and stress-free! Since my dog sleeps with me and I'm his whole world, I always had trouble leaving him in a kennel when I was out of town. When I started using Rover more frequently, I had the revelation that I was meant to be a sitter! When I bought my first house, I just knew it was time. Typically I won't be home during the day Mon- Fri due to work, but I’ll always dedicate my free time to dishing out as much love as I can. I usually take the dogs for a quick walk in the morning before I leave for work about 7, and then I'm home by 4:30 most days. I will take Andy and my dog, Dude, to the park if the weather is nice and wear them out a bit. I’m a sports fanatic, so I typically like to spend time with my pup (a 5-year-old Boxer named Dude) watching TV or have him accompany me when I go to play sports myself. Your dog will mostly love the attention and love they get from me. I love to stay active, so they'll get plenty of exercise during our stay. There are plenty of great places to head to in the neighborhood to explore, so we’ll make sure to get out of the house whenever possible. During the stay, I’ll also make sure to send regular check-ins by way of picture and text messages so you can know just how your best friend is getting along during our stay. My neighborhood is called Colorado Crossing. It’s a new build neighborhood and very family- and pet-friendly. My home is small, but plenty of space for me and a few dogs. My backyard is decent size, and littered with toys, but still clean and great for stretching our legs during the day. My house is very close to the airport, and I'm happy to negotiate pick up/drop off as well!
