Pet care experience
Hello, my name is Brandon Chin and I am a dedicated and passionate dog trainer and performer with over 8 years of experience. I offer a unique and comprehensive short-term boarding program that goes beyond just providing a safe space for your pet. During their stay, your dog will live with me in my home, creating a comfortable and familiar environment for them. This home-based approach allows me to provide personalized care and attention to each dog, ensuring they feel secure and loved while you're away. But my service doesn't stop at just boarding. I understand the importance of maintaining training and good behavior, even when their owners are away. That's why I incorporate basic obedience reinforcement and socialization activities into their stay. This includes practicing commands, preventing jumping, teaching patience at the door, and even public outings to places like coffee patios and stores. I believe that every dog is unique, with their own set of needs and personality traits. That's why I tailor my boarding and care approach to suit each individual dog, ensuring they receive the most comfortable and enriching experience possible. Whether you're going away for a few days or need support during a personal event, I'm here to help. I look forward to providing a loving and engaging home-away-from-home for your furry friend."
Reviews
Brandon was fantastic and my girls are always excited to see him. I highly recommend Brandon to care for your pet (s)
Very impressive, knowledgeable and flexible with time frames of drop off and pick up times. You can tell just by talking to him that he is passionate he is about training his dog for performances, training service dog's and about caring for yours as well. My girls were well cared for and I'm sure they'll be excited to see Brandon again! I am EXTREMELY happy with the care he provided and would HIGHLY recommend him to care for your pet.
Brandon was awesome with my girls! He gave me a little schedule for the activities they would be doing while I was gone, took them on walks, and they came back to me worn out and loved. He also gave them baths before they came back to me! He gave me updates and helped with loading and unloading. His backyard is beautiful and fenced in and perfect for dogs of every size! Thanks again Brandon!
Brandon was absolutely amazing!!! Could not have asked for a better person to watch my dog. He had a full schedule planned to keep Coop busy and happy, and even worked on some basic training with him. I cannot say enough good things about Brandon and would recommend him to anyone!! Thanks again- Coop loved it :)

When caring for pets in my home or my client's home, I prioritize their safety, comfort, and well-being. Here are some key aspects of my pet care approach: 1. Safety: I ensure that the environment is safe and secure for the pets. This includes removing any potential hazards, providing appropriate containment or supervision, and implementing safety measures such as secure fencing or gates. 2. Daily Needs: I attend to the pets' daily needs, including feeding them according to their dietary requirements and schedule, providing fresh water, and administering any necessary medications. I also make sure they have access to appropriate exercise and playtime to keep them physically and mentally stimulated. 3. Comfort: I create a comfortable and cozy space for the pets, whether it's in my home or the client's home. This may involve providing comfortable bedding, temperature control, and a quiet area for relaxation. I also consider their individual preferences and provide any necessary comforts, such as toys or blankets. 4. Exercise and Enrichment: I engage pets in regular exercise and enrichment activities to keep them active and entertained. This may include walks, playtime, interactive toys, or mental stimulation exercises. I tailor these activities to suit the pet's age, breed, and energy level. 5. Socialization: If appropriate and with the owner's consent, I facilitate socialization opportunities for the pets. This may involve introducing them to other compatible pets or supervised interactions with people to help them feel comfortable and confident in different social settings. 6. Communication: I maintain open and clear communication with the pet owners, providing regular updates on their pet's well-being, behavior, and any concerns that may arise. I also follow any specific instructions or guidelines provided by the owners regarding their pet's care. When it comes to fun activities with the dogs I watch, I prioritize both mental and physical stimulation. Here are some of the activities I enjoy doing with them: 1. Walks: I love taking dogs on walks to explore their surroundings and provide them with exercise. Whether it's in the neighborhood, local parks, or nature trails, I ensure they get the opportunity to sniff, explore, and enjoy their surroundings. 2. Swimming: If the dogs enjoy swimming and it's safe and appropriate for them, I love taking them for a swim. It's a great way to provide them with physical exercise while keeping them cool and engaged. 3. Playtime: I engage in various games and play activities with the dogs, tailored to their preferences and energy levels. This can include fetch, tug-of-war, hide-and-seek, or interactive puzzle toys that provide mental stimulation. 4. Training and Enrichment: I incorporate training sessions into our activities to keep their minds sharp and reinforce good behavior. This can include teaching new tricks, practicing obedience commands, or working on problem-solving activities. 5. Dog Parks or Playdates: If the dogs are social and enjoy the company of other dogs, I may take them to dog parks or arrange playdates with other compatible dogs. This allows them to socialize, run, and play in a safe and supervised environment. 6. Nature hikes or outings: Depending on the location and the dogs' abilities, I may take them on nature hikes or outings to explore new environments and enjoy the outdoors. This can provide them with a change of scenery and additional mental and physical stimulation. Ultimately, I strive to provide a variety of fun and engaging activities that cater to the individual needs and preferences of the dogs I watch. Safety, enjoyment, and overall well-being are always my top priorities.

Pet care is an integral part of my daily and weekly routine. As a stunt dog trainer and performer for the All Star Stunt Dog Productions, I spend a significant amount of time working with and caring for dogs. When I'm not on the road for performances, I dedicate my time to boarding and training dogs. This not only allows me to continue working with animals, which I love, but also provides a valuable service to pet owners who need support. My routine involves regular feeding, exercise, training sessions, and socialization activities for the dogs in my care. I also ensure they have plenty of rest and playtime. This routine keeps me engaged and active, and ensures the dogs receive the care and attention they need. In essence, pet care is not just a part of my routine, it's a passion and a lifestyle for me.
