This was our first time using Rover, and we were very hesitant. I'm happy to say that Brandilyn took all of our worries away from the very beginning. She was immediately very interested to know about our pup and any special instructions she needed to follow. She is very well mannered, respectful and considerate. She offered to pick up and drop off and was prompt both times. Our dog gets car sick, so we gave him Dramamine thinking it would prevent him from getting sick in her car. Unfortunately it did not, but Brandilyn didn't complain a bit. She was very understanding and made sure just to comfort him on the ride home to help ease his anxiety. She also provided an update both days with pictures of our pup having a blast with her dogs. We couldn't have asked for a better sitter for our 9 month old labradoodle. We are now looking forward to scheduling other worry-free getaways. We're more worried that someday Brandilyn will no longer provide her services. Thank you Brandilyn!!
