I hate leaving bad or mediocre reviews for ANYONE, but I felt extremely frustrated with Brandi’s care of Blake. There were some days she would say she’s on her way after I already got home from work and would ask me if she could make the walk shorter. If it was a one or two time thing I would understand but it was not. I felt like she just would show up, do her duty and move on. I really treat every dog as they’re my own and it upsets me that I have to write this. I don’t doubt she is a good dog walker but I think there are some things she needs to improve on.

I was pretty disappointed with BRANDI. I thought she and I had developed a good friendship/bond before I left town, but I guess not. she seemed to be very rushed when she visited, I kind of doubt that she spent very much time with my dogs, and I really don’t think that she took the time to take my elderly dog out in the front yard area, as instructed, because she NEVER sent any pictures of him out front. but she did take the younger dog outside because she did send pictures and video of her outside. and unfortunately, I think she did the bare minimum. She left drippings of the wet food food all over my countertops and it was dried on hard, so upon returning from my trip I had to scrub all my kitchen countertops. Just what you want to have to do when you return from a long trip. I just had this crazy thought that she would try to keep my house clean and not leave a mess. she must’ve left the back door open because there were 2000 flies in my house, plus a rat! It took me several days to get rid of all of the flies, I have a feeling that they dropped eggs in the house somewhere as well…. I had intentions on tipping her very generously, and I was going to even take her to dinner after I returned for her birthday, but I came home to a very sad result. So I did not tip her, nor did I take her to dinner because I never did hear from her again. I’m so sad and so disappointed, won’t be using her again.
