Brandi has great energy and took excellent care of my two furry daughters. She communicates well and sent me plenty of cute pictures while I was out of town.

Brandi agreed to the commitment kindly. However, she came 3 hours late without communicating that she was going to be late due to her schedule. She never notified and clocked in as others has done. Only took a picture and sent to me. She blocked the camera to the play pen despite my many attempts to tell her to remove what was blocking it. She did not replied and communicated further. My puppy had just came out of medical care and this made me feel very scared for his safety. It was not apporiate. She then, modified the commitment and abandon my puppy alone. Never communicated back and took the money. I dont know of she is a legitimate sitter of if this was a scam. Im still concerned and would like her to only get paid for whats fair. I felt my puppy was not saved. I need someone to contact me as I have been trying to reach out to Roover.
