Pet care experience
I have been an experience house-sitter, babysitter, and dog walker since a young age. I currently work from home in South Park neighborhood of Seattle, which leaves plenty of time for walks, hikes and other Pacific Northwest adventures! Why I love dog sitting: For me, providing dog walking and overnight pet care in my south Seattle home is a pleasure and a hobby. For this reason, I only book walks and pick ups for daycare in South Park, Georgetown and SODO areas. I specialize in long stays and like to spend time working with dogs on obedience skills. I am truly a "dog person" and love all breeds, as you can see from my photo gallery. I have taken a variety of dog training and socializing classes with my own pets through the years: Wenatchee Valley Kennel Club Fly-Ball Canines in Seattle Puppy Perfectors in Seattle Meet my pet: I have one medium sized Boston Terrier and no other pets. Cooper is on allergy medicine injections and tablets, which means I am an experienced medication dispenser. He will share his goat milk treats with our canine guests. About my yard: My home is a small loft with cement/wood floors, great for senior dogs who may be prone to accidents. Backyard is securely fenced and I can accommodate dogs with high energy schedules.

George had a blast with Brandi, Amy, and Cupertino during his long weekend vacation with them! I say vacation because Brandi sent many pictures and videos via Youtube links showing George dancing, playing, snuggling, running around the dog park, and just truly enjoying his own little getaway. Brandi was very attentive in ensuring all of George’s needs were taken care of including insuring our picky eater eats, keeping him clean (which can be difficult during the rainy season), and she even provided him a winter coat to play in (something I didn’t even think to include in George’s overnight bag). Brandi was the best and we will definitely plan our next vacation around her availability!
It was our first time using Rover and we are so glad we chose Brandi! We had just moved to the city and didn't know who to trust with our puppies, and the minute we brought our puppies to Brandi's place all nervousness was gone. She was so great with our puppies from the beginning and showed us around and the dogs around. We loved that she had a patio where the dogs could relieve themselves and run around, and that she allowed the dogs basically anywhere in the house. She would send photos and videos every morning and night which we loved since we hated being away from our pups. We would recommend Brandi to anyone, and can't wait to rebook with her.

A typical day
Your dog(s) will be walked twice every day, guaranteed, around my neighborhood and/or local parks. Your dog (if well mannered in a car) may experience trips to Alki beach, Westcrest dog park*, Green Lake trails, Duwamish River greenway, and other local areas. There are plenty of friendly breweries in the area, that look forward to dog visitors. Your dog's sleeping arrangement: Our canine guests are welcome to the variety of dog beds and couches during the day - we have hardwood and cement floors with dog beds/cushions and/or kennels for night time. Feel free to bring a favorite pet bed or blanket! Cooper puts himself to bed in his open kennel most nights, but is always welcome to join us humans. If your dog is prone to accidents or mischief please provide a size appropriate kennel for your large or XL breed.
