Brandee was the perfect dog sitter for Brooklyn (4 year old Shih Tzu) and that was evident from the moment we met her. Brooklyn, like most dogs, can become anxious when around a “stranger” and it can take some treat negotiation for him to settle down but this was not the case with Brandee. He immediately took to her and began to run circles around us both creating a knot in the leash that took more time to untangle than it did for him to become relaxed. For me that was huge because I knew he had to have a hunch that she was the right person for the job. I gave my hugs and was on my way. The next part is what amazed me the most. Unprompted Brandee decides to send me “pics of the day” with a write up of what they did. Of course I didn’t need it but I sure did want it and for her to go above and beyond was incredible. I saw him playing, eating, running and even biting on some of her heels (sorry again Brandee) all of which made me feel at ease. When I finally went to pick Brooklyn up he didn’t seem ready to leave just yet. He was running around and hyper which normally only happens during dinner time. For me it was evident that he felt like Brandee was more than a dog sitter but a friend and someone I could trust moving forward. In a world full of uncertainty its great to have a reliable person to call on in the case of an emergency. Thank you Brandee!!! You rock Jahaad
