As well as update any leasing office / guest/ nosy neighbors (lol!) of a sitter coming in and out of your home. -- I require a meet and greet for all boarding, daycare, and overnight services. Meet and greets within a thirty minute drive are complementary if under <20 minutes from my home (at the edge of Lakewood and Littleton) Meet and greets outside of that radius will be just a 10-15$ additional fee tacked onto the booking. Meet and greets within my home radius that go over >20 minutes will be charged that same 10-15$ additional fee. – I charge extra for special needs pups or cats based on their specific needs. I also charge an additional fee for puppies and kittens. Because I have an older dog and cat, as well as live in an apartment, puppies and smaller dogs generally do best. I do generally require an initial meet and greet before booking boarding or daycare. I do not currently do daycare or board for cats. ★PRICING (My rover prices accurately reflect my total base price, with rovers service fee included.) Daycare Base: $40 per eight hours. Boarding Base: $55 daily Additional Dogs: $50 per dog Holiday: Base rate +$20 Daycare/Boarding services come with: 1. Up to Eight hours of fun 2.One 30 minute to 1 hour walk daily 3. Dog park visits if applicable! 4. Unlimited visits outside and treats daily! 5. If your dog/cat feels nervous about strangers entering let me know and I will bring some special yummy snacks to gain their favor. – You should supply the leash, collar, harness, or correction collar & nearby route! – I carry a clicker, treats, and can bring pet corrector spray upon request to detour possible other loose dogs or wildlife concerns during our walks. – Set us up for success! If you know your pup has a hard time on a walk just let me know so I can make sure they have the best time they can! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 𝐃𝐑𝐎𝐏 𝐈𝐍𝐒 I come to your home and care for them or check in with them. ★PRICING For both dogs and cats 30 Minute Drop In: $25 1 Hour Drop In: $35 Holiday: Base rate + $15 Mileage: .75 cents per mile when I am outside of home radius by 30 minutes. – I require 3x visits a day, mandatory for dogs when doing drop ins for over a day away stay (as I have found many less accidents or stress this way! Dogs should not be going more than twelve hours between potty breaks.) – I do not charge for additional pets for drop ins. Extra services such as grooming request, walks, etc are subject to an additional charge. Drop In services come with: 1. One feeding / Litter box changing per visit 2.
