I have been fostering dogs for shelters and rescues since 2008. i have been with dogvacay since June 2014. My daughter is a vet tech and works ten minutes from home. She is going to school locally to become certifie and will graduate at the end of 2015. We have five dogs of our own and they have helped raise a lot of fosters over the years. We have experienced some great transformations. My property is just under an acre and there are two large fenced yards. This allows me to keep dogs separate if I need to. If your dogs enjoy walks then we will provide a minimum of three per day, weather permitting. We can administer any required medication whether its oral, topical or injection. We offer a limited dog walking service depending on the times you need and proximity to our home. We charge $15 per walk for that service.

This was my first time using Dogvacay. Christine was great and I will definitely be booking with her again. My dog gets sad when we go away so I was afraid he was going to have a rough week. Christine sent me pictures of my pup with updates which I loved. He played with the other dogs and I think he was happy being in a home rather than a kennel. You won't be disappointed. Great experience with Christine!!!
Christine and her Daughter were awesome taking care of our Eng bulldog Fuzzy! When I met her I knew it was a perfect match. Christine is so caring and comes with a lot of experience and knowledge. Fuzzy is a special needs dog and had special health concerns and she was more that willing to deal with the challenge as she has taken care of prior special needs dogs. She follow Fuzzy's special diet and other instructions to a "T". She made outstanding accomodations for Fuzzy. She kept us posted via email on vacation with pics and messages. I felt so confident leaving him. She went above and beyond taking care of Fuzzy and kept in contact with his vet during this time due to his special needs. She made Fuzzy part of the family. This is the first time and only time I have felt so confident leaving my special Fuzzy with anyone. I would always worry how things were going with other sitters, but I didn't have worry with Christine. This is the first time I could relax when I left Fuzzy with her. I would not hesitate to use her again. She is the best find on DogVacay and an outstanding sitter. I can't say enough. You will not go wrong with Christine. She is a God send. :)
From the moment we met Christine we knew that Gizmo would be in good hands. We know that she can be stubborn at times and we wanted to make sure that whomever we chose to watch her would be able to handle her. Christine was more than capable. Gizmo was thrilled to see us after her weekend stay but we could tell she also felt at home at Christine's. We would not hesitate to leave her with Christine again.
