I am asking for a refund With this being my 1st time using ROVER it was a terrible experience I paid for services I did not fully receive Then for you wanted to be paid for your mistake and NALA don’t chew on things at home I am quessing she did not eat at all while in your care and understandable to a point and you only said something that 1 time and nothing after that But I paid for services not rendered and then to be paid cash money outside of rover quidelines NALA was dropped off on Friday about 6pm and picked up before 11am due to you saying you where going out of town but I paid fully as if I was getting a full 48 hours of services which caused me to go out of my way to accommodate and to be asked to replace your shoes So I in total paid $90 plus dollars I am asking for a partial refund in the amount of $50
