Here, let me break down a few things. My partner and I have used Rover over the years and mostly had good experiences. She has hands down been one of the worst people I've had to interact with in life. She did what the worst thing you can do is---abandoned our animals. I could go on, she's a disgusting human as she also took a giant shit in our toilet, didn't flush and left it for days. You can't make this stuff up. I chose her because she had so many reviews and they were good, she had repeat clients, so I cannot understand and now question the ratings system. Or maybe something happened to her recently, she mentioned having long covid and her brain not working right, that's definitely for sure. Maybe she got a concussion. I'm disgusted that people like this exist, I hope for her and everyone else's sake that something went wrong with her recently and that she hasn't always been like this. You simply do not abandon animals, that is animal abuse. When you work with people or animals, you tend to have some kind of moral compass or heart. Currently working it out with Rover but if you are currently considering her,have her booked or are using her now---cancel and run in the opposite direction and tell all your friends. I'll probably stop using Rover just because of this one person. I'm not sure how she got on the site or is allowed near animals.
