Pet care experience
I'm Brindy, but everyone calls me Birdy! I’ve recently moved from Utah to NYC and I have been watching over animals, plants, homes and just about anything people around me have needed since early high school, but I have been sitting through Rover for the past year since I have a flexible remote job and I have fallen in love with it! Since I have a dog of my own, I understand firsthand how important it is to find someone you love and trust to take care of your furry family members, so I am committed to being just that!

Birdy was very responsive, timely and thorough in her check in reviews! Kitty was happy upon on my return and well taken care of.
Have had great experiences having Birdy come watch the dogs through the day. She has taken great care of the house and the dogs each time we have used her for our pups.
Birdy went above and beyond with her stay. I was out for ten days and during that time Birdy checked in on my cats once a day; giving them love, food, clean litter, and water. She made sure my two cats were not only taken care of but also took her time to sweep the litter area and took out the litter trash a couple of times which I wasn’t expecting but I was much appreciative of. My cats absolutely loved her, when I got home if took them a couple of hours to realize who I was, usually when I get back from trips my cats follow me around my house meowing but instead they were very calm. I could tell they had a good time with her and were comfortable which is all you can ask in a sitter. Thank you!
Birdy housesat with our dog for a whole week. She did a wonderful job, sent plenty of updates, and kept the house clean. We were able to relax and enjoy our trip with peace of mind knowing that Birdy was taking care of our boy. Highly recommend!

Please let me know of any specific behavioral quirks of your animals or even the things they love, and what exactly you require of me. While I've been animal sitting for many years now, I am still learning! I appreciate as many details as possible so that everyone is happy!
A typical day
I love to go on walks, throw balls and frisbees at the park and can take animals to any needed appointments or washings. As I live near Prospect Park, this is my favorite place to spend time with my own pup and others!

I work remotely full time, so I have a very flexible schedule and can work around your needs! Evenings are more varied, but we can surely work it out!
