But there are times you need someone else to take care of them, for awhile. That's where we come in. I am retired and have experienced the joys of being a "dog person" for 58 years. For 33 of them I've bred and shown collies (in dog shows). I have whelped many litters, raised countless puppies and found them "forever homes", while enriching the lives of many families with their new family members. I have also owned many breeds. If you are like me, you need to entrust your dog(s) to someone you feel comfortable with. This is why we insist on a "greet 'n meet" policy for the benefit of each of us. My daughter is a pre-school teacher and backs me up, when home. We have 2 dogs. One is a rough Collie, about 2 1/2, with a compassionate heart and playful attitude. the other is a 1/2 mini pinscher & 1/2 dachshund, We adopted her from a shelter rescue non-profit organization. Our two dogs have great temperaments and make your dogs stay, enjoyable. All dogs have the run of our home during the days they are here. I am retired. As such, I spend full time with all guests, including my own 2 , night and day. That means weekdays and weekends. I have a nice sized back yard with large surrounding walls. the guests spend most of their time in our home and are let out to the backyard many times throughout the day. I take care of our guests, full time. Each one receives personal attention and they sleep in one of the human occupied bedrooms. I have a high backyard wall and your dogs are not left alone thru the day. They are let out many times to play and do their thing.
