Pet care experience
I have years of experience caregiving (children, adults with disabilities and their pets, and pets of family/ friends/ neighbors, etc.) I’ve grown up with dogs in my family home as well since I was 4. I also have experience house/dog/cat/plant siting for extended periods of time. I have traveled far distances to house and pet sit, and have even done weeks of caring for multiple pets with medical needs which include giving medicine and injections to the pets. Along with caring for pets, I also have experience with housekeeping and can tend to those needs as well if needed.

If applicable, clearly written directions for food schedules and medication routines are a huge help. I am capable of following strict routines to ensure the dogs health is top priority. I have experience caring for multiple dogs at once with all different needs.
A typical day
I do enjoy walking around the trails near Joaquin Miller Park, Tilden Park, Lake Temescal and around Lake Merritt. I make sure to research appropriate trails that are dog friendly. When house sitting dogs, I love to play fetch, tug-o-war, and hide and seek. I understand that dogs need their play time and I’m more than happy to play!

Availability
I am currently employed full time but can be flexible to meet your pet’s needs as I can often work remote. Early mornings and evenings are typically better, but can made available during the middle of the day as well. Communication is key!
