Pet care experience
I understand pets can be like our children, I do my best making any fur visitor have a comfortable stay. I allow them to enjoy relaxing on my couch or bed & Accommodate any schedule they are already on that way they don’t get off track when returning home. I personally enjoy going on walks, very consistent with potty walks and outside playtime. I live near a dog park & love taking your fur babies out to the beach/park to play & release energy. I am self employed so I am constantly home. When I’m working I am constantly in and out with plenty of time to come in & take pet out according to schedule. I do have a 7 year old daughter who is very good with animals she has had living experience with a puppy who turned into a grown dog and has been around animals her whole life my mom owns goats, pigs & a dogs my daughter enjoys going over and helping with the animals she does a great job with them. We don’t currently have any pets at home now but we love pet sitting for anyone who needs our service. We are reliable and will send photos through there stay with us. My daughter is not always home as she goes between dad and myself, I’m a big homebody outside of work, your fur baby will rarely be left alone. I can assure you a great service. This was our first experience with Rover, and we were disappointed. Bianca did not keep to our pickup time range, and was running so late to pickup that she offered to bring our dog to us. She did so, but was over 4 hours late. I was beginning to worry about getting our dog back. When we did, she promised to bring Joy’s crate, food and medicine the next day. She was late to that too, and forgot our crate bed. Despite repeated texts she still has not gotten it back to us, and we have essentially given up on getting that back. Also, our dog’s nose was all scraped up when we got her back. We will not use Bianca again, and will probably not use Rover again.
If I could give zero stars for the lack of service, I would. Bianca is very unprofessional and unreliable! After accepting my booking request, we agreed upon an 11am drop off for my pet. She never responded on the scheduled drop off day, causing me to have to find a new sitter last minute and almost missing my flight.
She did a great job! She was concerned about Maya not eating and asked to feed her different food, which was nice of her to notice and care. Asked the right questions and sent pics and updates.
I really trust Bianca with our dog. She’s great with communication, sends lots of pictures. I can’t say how reassuring and appreciated this is!! Thank goodness for Bianca!
