I have had many experiences caring for dogs and I believe what sets me apart from other sitters is that I never had a dog of my own growing up so I take care of dogs as if they were my own and I enjoy every minute of it. As a kid I found ways to make small, shy dogs more comfortable in whatever environment they are in. With a puppy Labrador that was shy for most of her visit, I found a toy that she really enjoyed based on the way she reacted to other items around the house. Although I may be creative with how I care for dogs, I will never steer from the instructions given to me. The dogs I have worked with range from small dogs like beagles to large dogs such as st bernards. I treat all dogs like they were my own because every dog I receive to care fulfills a dream that I have had my whole life of having a dog.
