Violating my policies may result in transfer of care or additional fees. **Policies as of March 2024** *Proof of Rabies, Bordetella, and Distemper Requirement for Dogs* We require proof of rabies, bordetella, and distemper for all dogs that come into our business. This is to ensure that all dogs are safe and healthy, and to protect our customers and ourselves. *No Dogs With More Than 1/4 Bull-Type Terrier DNA Are Eligible for Services - Breeds That Have Dual Classification As Toy Shall Not Be Subject to the Provisions of This Policy.* At our residence, we do not allow dogs with more than 1/4 Bull-Type Terrier DNA (American Bully, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Miniature Bull Terrier, and Staffordshire Bull Terrier) because these breeds are known for being dog/animal aggressive and may not be compatible with our pets. We want everyone who comes into our business to feel safe and comfortable, and we do not believe that these breeds of dog are appropriate for that. *Proof of Handling and Reference Requirements for Mastiffs - Breeds That Have Dual Classification As Toy Shall Not Be Subject to the Provisions of This Policy.* We require all Mastiff customers to provide proof of proper handling such as showing a video of specific commands like "sit," "down," "come," and "stay,” and a personal reference. This ensures that our clients are taking care of their pets while they are away and that their pets are being well-cared for. **Unwanted Behaviors From Either Party Will Not Be Tolerated and Will Result in a Fine per Incident.** All dogs boarding with us must behave politely, safely, and cleanly. Failure to do so will result in a fine. This policy ensures a responsible and positive environment for all our guests. Fee for Destructive Behavior: $25 to $100.
A typical day
I'll be waiting for the dog at my house. I'll play, walk, feed, and clean up after the dog. I may also take the dog to the vet or groomer if needed.

Availability
As a full-time pet sitter, I work Monday to Friday from 5am to 8pm. I take care of my clients' dogs by feeding, exercising and giving medication if required. I also take care of other duties such as returning phone calls, scheduling appointments and performing office duties.
