Your dog’s well-being and your peace of mind are my priority. I offer a weekday doggy daycare in a safe, quiet and comfortable home environment. I have over 21 years of experience caring for dogs in animal welfare. For the past 9 years, I have volunteered with animal rescue organizations, most recently the Monmouth County SPCA and All4Paws. I have experience in basic obedience training, managing off-leash playgroups & identifying canine body language and play styles. I use this experience to build a harmonious, small playgroup for my daycare clients which allows the dogs many opportunities for positive, appropriate socialization. What sets my care apart is my experience and accommodations— it is personalized care, with structure & routine. Your happy pup will receive daily exercise, socialization and companionship. My goal is to make your day easier, giving your pet the exercise and affection he needs, with clear communication to you. Safety is a priority — I temperament check each dog in my care and only accept dog-friendly pups. I have experience with all ages and stages of a pet's life: from the gentle guidance, supervision and love that puppies need, to active adult dogs, to senior dogs and/or special needs pets with physical disabilities or chronic medical conditions. I understand that each pet is unique. I am at home full-time so I give your dog the attention she needs during her stay. I have a fully fenced-in backyard oasis for your pet to enjoy. I am happy to learn about your pet's routine and adhere to your instructions. I keep my pack small, so spaces are limited. I insist that all doggies in my care are well-socialized, altered (spayed or neutered), and dog-friendly. I do not accept aggressive, pushy, or dominant dogs. Family- and dog-friendly only. Your pup will be able to explore the entire lower level and always have a quiet place to call their own — soft, clean bedding, and a chew toy, to decompress and relax when he stays with me. My active daycare guests enjoy a walk each morning or afternoon, weather permitting. Our basic routine is as follows: Drop-off is between 7am-9am. We play from about 9am-11am, rest from 11am-1pm (midday meals, if applicable), walks/playtime/potty breaks 1pm-3pm, daycare ends between 4-6pm. DAYCARE: Daycare is typically between five (5) and nine (9) hours of care. Longer stays may incur an additional fee. Drop-off & Pick-up: Timeframes are by appointment only. Drop-off hours are 7:00am-9:00am; pick-up between 4:00pm-6:00pm. Longer stays and/or appointments outside of the posted timeframes are subject to my availability and may include an additional charge. Please note: Daycare requests with less than 24-hours notice (i.e., same day) may incur a $20 fee.
