Pet care experience
I would love to host your dog in my Palm Springs, California home! I do suggest a meet & greet prior to booking, however I understand that is not always possible if you are visiting Palm Springs from out of town. But as long as your dog gest along with my dog and people that they are unfamiliar with, they are welcome in our home! For many years we traveled for business and the dogs and cats had to stay home. It proved easy to find responsible, reliable, loving pet sitters to come to our home to care for the cats. With dogs it proved to be more of a challenge. They required costly boarding away from the comforts of home. I treat every pet as though it were my own. I customize your pet(s) care to suit your needs. I am stable, reliable and I have the most important skill of all - I can give you peace of mind when you can't be there with your beloved fur baby!

TahTay had a good time at Bev's place and he was taken care of very well. We loved getting the short video clip of his zooming. He enjoyed the company of her dog, Taz. We hope to book another visit in the future when the weather is less windy so he can enjoy some walks.
Beverly was amazing! We had a meet and greet with her, her husband, and their dog. It went well and all three were great! Our dog really seemed to enjoy their home and was just as happy as could be when we returned. We will recommend them to anyone that asks, and we would definitely let her watch our dog anytime!

I like to know about a dog's temperament/aggressiveness, what are their likes and dislikes, what are their favorite toys, do they have any habits or tendencies, i.e. do they like to bark at the UPS delivery person, as mine does? Of course I want to know their dietary requirements or allergies. How do they like to sleep, in a dog bed, crated, etc.?
A typical day
We can go on walks in the neighborhood. We have several green spaces in our community. Due to the fact that I live in Palm Springs I am very careful not to expose our canine friends to the heat for extended periods of time and try to stay inside and cool when it's that time of year. We have a box full of all types of toys for inside play. We can also play and chase balls inside our fenced yard. I like giving healthy treats such as lean chicken with no skin, carrots and other dog-friendly veggies, and giving basic commands. Fetch and tug-of-war are a couple of my favorite games. This is a happy and fun place!
