Pet care experience
I am in my 60's, retired and enjoy doing pet sitting or dogie day care in my home. I have 19 yrs experience sitting for friends and co-workers. All my life, we have ALWAYS had at least 1 or more dogs of our own. I do meet and greets to make sure all is a comfortable match. You will also be sent text messages and pictures of your pet while in my care. I do doggy day care on a regular or "as you need me" schedule. If you are going away for just 1 night, or for any length of vacation time, or repeated times you may be out of town. I am here for your overnight sitting needs! My experience covers dogs of all ages up to 18 yrs old (a Terrier I used to have.) Your pet being cared for in my home will have a fenced back yard, quiet neighborhood and an open space for any activity wanted outside of our fenced yard. Your pet will NEVER be allowed to be outside without me being with him / her either day or night. Your dog will be treated as just as special as you treat it. Our female spayed Maltese gets along fine with another friendly dog. Please feel free to contact me at any time with questions or any of your needs!

Beverley is honest and genuine; she is a super attentive dog sitter who takes the job seriously and wants you and your dog to be totally satisfied with the experience! She has a small dog named “Bandit” who was so sweet and allowed my little senior dog “Ladybird” to sleep in her dog bed! With Beverley watching, Ladybird enjoyed walking around the fenced yard freely, which was a big deal for Ladybird and me! I also really liked that Beverley limits how many dogs she cares for at one time, so Ladybird received plenty of love, attention and individual care. Both Ladybird and I are looking forward to seeing Beverley and Bandit again!
Beverly is amazing with a Vinny. I like that she only watches one dog at a time. Vinny gets along with her dog very well.
Beverley was very friendly and kind to us and our Lucy! We felt very comfortable leaving her there. She sent pictures to us and let us know how Lucy was doing! I would absolutely use Beverley again!

Our back yard is safely fenced and our neighborhood is quiet with a large open space park right across the street. We have a spayed Maltese who has all her shots and friendly with another friendly dog. If your pet were staying for the day or overnight for any length of time, my adult son lives with me and is home nights, weekends. NO partying or drinking is done by either one of us!

I prefer a dog that is a small to medium breed (around 25 to 30 lbs) No large dogs. Your pet MUST have their yearly shots up to date, be house trained, not sick with anything dogie contagious; and get along with another dog. Our Maltese (Bandit) female dog is friendly. I do a meet & greet before agreeing to a booking to be sure you, your pet and I are comfortable with each other. I only sit 1 dog at a time, unless the 2 dogs live together!
A typical day
Our neighborhood has numerous other dog owners who go to the open space off & on. It IS safe and other owners have kept their dogs under their control. I DO send 1 or more pictures (depending on length of the stay) of your pet while at our home. Your pet and mine will probably play dog tag running after each other in our back yard, if your pooch is into dogie tag! Our back yard is totally fenced. If your pooch is into lap sitting and snuggles, that is fine too!

Before booking a request, I like to do a meet & greet so we and your pet are comfy with everything. I need your pet to be current on their yearly shots, house trained & get along with another dog. I have 1 dog and do not sit more than 1 other dog at any time. I am flexible with YOUR scheduling needs for either dogie day care or any overnight stays, or if you go out of town on a regular basis. Since I am retired and always home, I just enjoy keeping busy!
