Pet care experience
I have an immense love for dogs and have owned and cared for them most of my life. Each dog has a unique personality. As a nurse I am observant and aware of signs of health concerns, and am able to respond quickly and efficiently. I also am comfortable with training commands and positive reinforcement, and will make sure the dogs that are entrusted into my care will be given compassion, exercise, and fun while keeping them safe. I am flexible and available since I am not working- I am retired but have an excellent work ethic and am very reliable and trustworthy. Dog walking is something I love and enjoy!

Can I leave more than 5 stars? Betty helped me when I first got my puppy in 2018. She was integral to assisting in crate training and her help has lasting effects to this day! She was so kind to my dog (Blitz) and he always looked forward to her visits. In addition, Betty was always very communicative, promptly on time, and TRUSTWORTHY. I never once felt worried letting her in my home while I was away, and I couldn't be more grateful for all her care! She really loves animals, and goes the extra mile. I'm confident she'll take care of your little fur baby, just as she did mine. Thanks Betty!!
Betty is excellent dog walker. My dog Cassie is a puppy and full of energy. Betty is so sweet and patient with her even though she is all over the place. ( She is just learning to walk correctly on a leash.) I so appreciate Betty's patience and correction with Cassie!
It was so nice not to have any worries about our 3 babies. Berry took great care of them, and kept us posted with pictures.

A typical day
On dog walks I’ve learned that it is important to allow the dogs to sniff and explore and not rush them. A typical day for me and my dogs includes breakfast followed by an unhurried walk. We spend lots of time playing ball. There is a wilderness trail in my neighborhood where we live to walk and explore.
