Welcome to your dog's home away from home! My husband and I have owned and loved dogs since we were young. Watching dogs for others on a regular basis helps fill our need to have furry friends around- we have been boarding dogs in our home for several years and t is something we, and our kids, absolutely love! We only care for one other dog at a time to ensure they receive extra love, safety and care. (We are open to having two dogs from the same family, upon special request). I stay at home every day (and often my husband is around as well) so we are able to keep a close eye on your pup and give attention and love during their stay. We enjoy lots of playtime during the day and enjoy snuggles at night. We take daily walks in our neighborhood (upon request) and are often out playing in our fenced backyard. We try to stay in tune with the personality of each dog and will let them show us how much exercise they need. Our children love playing and snuggling dogs, and have been taught to interact appropriately. They've had dogs in the home all their lives and are used to staying in tune with how much playtime each likes. They become best buddies with the dogs we watch- they talk about dogs we have had in years past as if they are family members! They are closely supervised with the dogs and are not allowed to be alone with them. When staying with us, your dog is treated as if it is our own. We will happily honor any requests and instructions you have for us when caring for your dog to keep your dog's routine intact. We are used to observing your dog's temperament carefully so we can adapt to their needs and desire for attention. We look forward to meeting your fur baby!
