Pet care experience
I am an animal lover who has been caring for cats and dogs for as long as I can remember! I grew up with dogs (mostly beagles) who I regularly cared for, fed, walked, trained, etc. I started pet sitting with Rover in 2015 as a student at the University of Michigan. Since then, I have cared for a range of dog and cat breeds, sizes, ages, and needs. I am also a cat foster through ARL Boston since 2023. While caring for your animals, I can assure you I will take great care their health and safety. For house sitting requests, please describe your animals needs and typical schedule. For my standard house sitting fee, I will stay over night at your house, take your pet outside for bathroom breaks every 4-6 hours (or as needed) during the day, and spend lots of time playing with your pet. If your pet requires 24/7 care, multiple long walks per day, or more frequent potty breaks, additional fees may be discussed. Please reach out with any questions!

Great communication about the medicines and food my dog had. Also about the happenings on her walks. She was quick to respond when I checked in and was just very sweet and kind to my dog and me. But most importantly, my dog was quickly comfortable with Bethany.
Apparently I’m a crazy person who just found out about Rover and immediately booked a drop in visitation request without booking several while I was still in the house or really local according to others. Well, there’s no better way to say that I beg to differ. I got a superb vibe off of Bethany via the info provided on here and we met in person before the visits were scheduled when I was out of town. I truly cannot thank her enough. My little one and I highly approve and would love to have her back. :) I was blown away by the thoughtful feedback and sincere care. Sully was a happy camper when I got home. I received a lot of happy headbutts.

I love to go on long walks and the occasional run, if your dog likes. I'm also happy to stimulate and entertain your pet with any toys you have. I like to keep pets in their routine, so let me know if you have typical walking routes, timing for potty breaks, toys they like playing with, etc.

I work a hybrid/remote job (during week days) that is generally flexible, so I can usually work from home when needed during bookings. I have flexibility throughout the work day for potty breaks, meal time, and play time.
