I was really excited to have Bethany. When she did a previsit to my house, she dressed professional and brought a notebook. She brought in my package and played with my cats. 2 issues. First on her last day she left my front door open when she left so anyone could of just walked into my house. The cats were going in and out to the all season porch all day. I am thankful that porch door was closed so my cats couldn't get outside. When I contacted her after noticing on my security camera that the front door was open she wasn't professional about it at all. She never offered to go shut my door and put the blame on me becuase I didn't notice sooner. I never noticed because when I checked on my cats that night they were on my bed so I didn't look at the other cameras which was a mistake that I didn't think was necessary. At first I was worried someone broke in but after reviewing the security footage, it was confirmed she didn't shut the door correctly so it didn't lock correctly so any wind would push it open. I also gave her instructions about keeping the bathroom door closed which wasnt the case because I found paw prints all over the toliet seat. That wasn't a huge deal but leaving the front door open was.

Bethany is one of our go-to pet sitters and we are happy to recommend her to others. She is professional, kind and compassionate and our pets love her! We need not worry about having to be away from our babies (or our house) while we are out of town because we know they are in good hands with Bethany. She lovingly cares for our senior dog and cat including administering various medications. She shares updates and pictures as well! We highly recommend Bethany and will certainly continue to be repeat clients!
