I actually know the Heimlich maneuver and CPR for dogs. I’ve been trained as an EMT for humans, and therefore have great training to help with medical emergencies and scene awareness. But, not only will your dogs be medically and situationally safe with me, they will also have fun with me. I have never met a dog that didn’t love me and didn’t want to do for me what I asked. They love to please me and I love to reward them with loving pets and praises, every time. And whenever I do any sort of training, it’s always with positive reinforcement, never negative. I won’t hit a dog, I won’t use prong collars and so on...I have always had a dog ever since I was 5 years old and I have loved each and every one of them. I have trained all of them myself and they’ve all been spectacular learners and well mannered dogs. I am 40 years old now. I’ve owned dogs since I was 5 years old. I’m going to list all my dogs and their breeds and achievements:. Lucy- Beagle, used to like to bite me in the face and I didn’t even care, I still carried her everywhere I went I was 3, wiggles- lab/beagle, she was good at doing tricks that my dad helped me teach her, like roll over and play dead, I was 5-9 years old with her. patches-lab springer spaniel, I got her at the age of 12 and had her all the way til she passed of heart worm 14 years later. This dog, I had taught her to go down the slides at the park and drink out of the water fountains too, she went everywhere with me. Then there was Reno-Rottweiler, big sweet goofy dog, I leash trained her well and spent a lot of time going on jogs with her, I was 17 when we had her and she was great with Patches, but, she ran away one day. Now, I have Sophie- Golden Retriever, she’s 8 years old and she knows sit and lay down and stand up and I can walk her without a leash. I also have Trico- German Shepherd and she’s an 8 month old huge German Shepherd pup that knows sit, stay and plays fetch a ton.
