Loved like they are at home!!

Pet care experience

My name is Bethani and I am originally from Wisconsin. I grew up in a family full of dogs and puppies!! I have had the opportunity to grow up with, train, and care for many fur babies, including a very pregnant basset, an adopted daschund with significant dietary issues, a hyperactive golden lab with an affinity for speed-lapping houses and jumping every fence, and a golden mix with the attention span of a (very lovable) goldfish. I have worked for a year as a dog walker and boarder with another organization. My primary focus is to care for my clients’ fur babies as I care for my own.

This was the first time I had Bethani sit for Zahra. We were going out of the country for two weeks and i had some anxiety about leaving her for that extended period. I spoke with her prior to booking and she addressed all my questions and concerns. She sent updates and pictures daily. She set my mind at ease and Zahra enjoyed her stay. I would definitely recommend her and book her for future stays. Thank you, Bethany! ❤️🐶

I’ve tried many dog-sitters in the area, and Bethani is by far the best. She truly cares about my two dogs as if they are her own. The updates and pictures she sends while I’m away are great, and my boys always come home so much more well-behaved. I highly recommend Bethani!

I got updates throughout the day with pictures. Bethani had tons of toys at her house for my dog to play with and he came home smiling!

I have recently moved into a townhome. I now have a much smaller back yard, but it is fenced in. I have become accustomed to walking 5 or 6 fur babies at a time in the evenings, so nobody is left behind on our adventures unless it is medically necessary for them. I am new to my neighborhood, but it is very friendly. While I am away, I typically allow everyone to have free reign of the house, like they would have at home. I do have 1 large crate with a partition for client use, but sometimes crates are like security blankets and provide a safe space that they are familiar with at home. With that in mind, if your pet is crate trained, it would be appreciated if their crate is provided for times when I am away from the house. With many visits, I have had multiple clients' pets at my home. I'm always watching for demeanor, social cues, and anything that may indicate that someone is uncomfortable. In the case that I notice something, I am very quick to adjust and make sure everyone is happy.

Information Bethani T. would like to know about your pet

I have no breed preferences- all fur babies are treated equally in this house!! I do suggest packing a toy or two if they are a big fan. :) With that said, I do have a lot of toys here in my house, so if they are not particular, we have you covered!!

A typical day

I live in a nicely isolated neighborhood, far enough off of the main roads that we have plenty of places to explore on our walks. I am new to the area and I am looking forward to finding my favorite places to loop! Additionally, with your blessing, there are several fun dog-friendly places to go in the county. I love taking car rides to the local dog parks to let everyone really run and play.

I recently moved into a new townhome. It is a little further drive from my office than what I have had in the past, so I am learning what my new commuter timing looks like in order to accommodate lunchtime drop off times and extra play visits. I do have the option to work from home one day a week and I typically use that for days when drop off times may require it. Unless it is suggested that your pet is crated while I am away, they have free roam of the house while I am at work. My time at home is dedicated to belly rubs, making sure everyone has dinner, and play time with my fur baby Luna, and this is the same for my clients when I have extra fur babies in the house. My goal is to make sure your pup goes home feeling happy, nice and tired out, and like they were on vacation too. :)
