Beth had a wonderful, calming energy and was very sweet with our cat and dog. She seemed to also be passionate about researching pet happiness and their behavior. She was great to help us out at the last minute and was very good with taking photos and detailed updates. Also, our pup had a mess in his crate, and she took care of the situation for us and left a note. She was very caring and kind to our pets. Unfortunately, when we requested her help, we asked her to give him a walk break between 11:30 and 1:00, and we received a check in notifications at 2:20 on both days. It was longer than we’d prefer for the pup to go without a break to go outside. I’m sure with a little extra communication and reinforcement of his time constraints, this could have been resolved.
