I was originally supposed to leave my dog for an over night stay. But couldn’t due to scheduling. So we agreed for a drop in visit instead. She text me telling me she couldn’t make it because she was on the other side of town. But she would send her husband and assured me he would follow instructions. He did not follow nearly any of the important instructions I left l. He didn’t put hot water in my dogs food like I asked which is important because she is a senior dog with cancer and cannot eat solids right away. He also brought in a package from outside and I specifically said to put it on top of the fireplace because my pups would get To it. And sure enough they destroyed everything in package including a bottle of hemp oil for my dog with cancer. THANK GOD they’re fine taking all the hemp oil from but I now have to recover over $65 in packages on top of paying the $30. Not only that, he left his bag of McDonald’s teach on the kitchen table. Which my dogs could’ve gotten in to as well. This whole experience makes me question the integrity of rover and who they allow to have as sitters.
