For non-regular service users an extra £10 is charged for earlier drop offs or later pick ups and must be agreed upon at the time of booking New dogs are required to complete a free Meet and Greet and a charged trial stay of 1 or 2 nights prior the booking (£20 per trial night) We DO NOT accept aggressive animals or animals with destructive nature or traits Clients must agree to terms and conditions and agreed to be responsible for all costs including medical care, legal fees and damages to property etc if a clients pet should bite another animal or act in a destructive manor Clients agree on booking services for their dog that they have represented that the dog(s) have NOT shown any aggression or caused harm or threatening behaviour to any individual or any pet(s) and the client agrees to contact Barkingham Barn if this behaviour changes or if it has the potential to cause harm or pose a threat to any other individual or pet at the property We DO NOT board or accept any unruly or untrained dogs. If a dog(s) dropped off acts unruly or does cause disruption or caused harm to other dogs in our care they will be placed either with the emergency contact provided by the client or placed in an emergency boarding kennel until the client returns and this will be subject to a transfer charge (£30-£50). If any damages are caused the owner will be given an invoice of damages and only accept the return of this client if training is done and behaviour is dealt with Inform us immediately of any changes to bookings or dates, contact numbers, pets care needs, emergency contact details or other pertinent information All of your information is kept private and confidential and all records are kept and stored in compliance with the Data Protection Act We recommend that you purchase your own pet insurance Under no circumstances will Barkingham Barn board any pet that has any form of active contagious illness The remaining balance for all bookings is due on the first day of the dog arriving.
