Pet care experience
I’ve worked with dogs, cats, and exotics for over 6 years, four at an animal rescue for hospice and handicapped animals, and for the last 2 and a half years, and currently, I work at an emergency/speciality clinic. I have lots of experience with all sorts of species, including dogs, cats, reptiles, small mammals, farm animals, aquatics, and wildlife. I can administer medications to your pet if needed, including intramuscular or intravenous meds. I am very capable of taking care of animals with diabetes, seizures, heart disease, etc etc!

I have three dogs of my own, and one cat. I live in a house with a fenced in back yard in a walkable neighborhood, so your pet will have lots of room to run around and play! If you prefer I take your pet on a walk, just let me know and I will be happy to do so! :)

If your pet is dog, cat, or food aggressive and needs care and time away from my own pets, I would need to know! I would also need to know medication or special dietary needs, allergies, medical history that is relevant to making sure your pet has the best stay.
A typical day
My dogs love to wrestle with each other and play with toys, so if you have a playful dog as well then they will fit right in. On the flip side, they also loooove to cuddle and relax, so animals who prefer to chill on the couch are also more than welcome here!

Availability
My schedule for work changes monthly, but I always do three twelves! I do have to commute to my job, so I have to leave about an hour and a half before I work. August and September I will be gone 6:15pm-9:15 am Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. In August, my days are Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. In October, it’s the same time but Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday!
