We are new to Rover and needed someone in a pinch to watch our sweet lab-mix for a long weekend. Beth responded super quickly and was instantly very warm and personable while also very professional. Being new to this, we didn't really know what to expect or how it worked but Beth went through everything and was extremely helpful. After a meet and greet in the evening, she was able to take our little guy the very same night (at 9:30PM, no less!). She asked a lot of attentive questions and really cared about getting to know our dog and making sure she was equipped to meet his needs and ours. He ended up staying with her for 5 nights and I'm pretty sure if he could talk he'd tell us he loved staying there. He came home happy as a clam and clearly well-loved and cared for. Beth was awesome at all points and we really enjoyed the fact that she sent us sporadic pictures and updates. Her dog, Red, is awesome and clearly a welcoming host, himself. Her house is adorable and is extremely dog-friendly. We would highly, highly recommend her! I'm sad we're moving or we would use her again in a heartbeat!
