Berenisse is a dog owner’s dream. She has been caring for my puppy, Zoey, for the past week, and I have felt completely confident that my girl was in good hands, thanks to Berenisse’s excellent communications as well as super cute picture updates. Bernisse also asked great and important questions from the beginning, to get to know my dog’s habits and needs, and continues to give me detailed reports about how the day went when I pick my puppy up from her care. My puppy is very obviously excited to return each day which also speaks volumes to me. Berenisse has been flexible with hours of care and in summary, has been a life saver. I would recommend her for both day care and overnight care, as my experience with her attention to detail in those areas has been phenomenal.
