Pet care experience
I grew up with rescue dogs. Dogs that needed a little more patience and a lot more love. My dog, Charlie (pictured), was rescued from a life as a bait-dog. So I understand that no two dogs are alike. They each need their own tailored care. I would love to give that to your dog. I can't wait to meet your pup and learn what they need so that I can give them the kind of care you would give them yourself! Please reach out with any questions!

Bente was really good with our 2 dogs. They both have specific needs as they are rescued dogs She spent 8 days at home taking care of the boys while we were in vacation. They were happy/healthy at our return and the place was kept clean! Thanks Bente!
Bente was an excellent local find for Watson and I. I needed someone to come and walk him over the weekend because I was stuck working long days. Bente was great about sending updates and photos throughout their visits. When I came home in the evenings, he was sleeping soundly (obviously exhausted). She left notes on my kitchen table detailing their walks (which was a nice touch). In the future, Bente will be my first call when I need care for Watson.
Bente is an exceptional person and caretaker. I went on vacation for a week and had asked her to care for my dog, Greg. He is usually very anxious when I leave town, but when I came back he almost acted like I hadn't been gone. She would send me regular picture updates, go for nice long walks, and give him lots of love. She is a lovely human, and a natural with pups. I would HIGHLY recommend her.
