Pet care experience
I specialize in longer term house sitting; around 1.5 weeks or longer. I have quite a bit of experience with dog/cat sitting & care spanning from being a kid, until today, and i'm sure my profile conveys some of the of experience I have from rover over the years. I get that they want someone there they trust to exercise, play and keep them company! Since I otherwise work from my laptop, my schedule is flexible and prefer dog/cat sitting vs constant drop-ins et al!

Ben was absolutely amazing and took such good care of our Senior Great Dane. He was super attentive to our requests and proactive when taking care of the house. We would absolutely love to hire him again for our next trip.
Everybody loved Ben; our dog and our cats. He handled a couple bumps in the road with grace and kept us informed. The pictures were much appreciated.
As always, Ben was a fantastic companion for Huxley. Ben has watched our pup multiple times and always does a great job.

I have a plethora of experience with dogs through family and professional work. I have fostered dobermans/huskies, had cats, and dogs at home growing up. Ive worked with a significant variation in temperament, breeds, and range of pet care needs (medicine administration, you name it) as well as working vestibular issues, and behavior, etc.

I typically book longer term stays starting around 1 and a half to two weeks. Ultimately let me know what you need and we can figure out if I can accommodate.
A typical day
I work from home, so I will be around to keep them company and play for a significant amount of the day. I love to go on long walks with dogs, especially parks and trails, beaches etc. but staying at home to cuddle can be equally great!

House Sitting consists of: • Overnight/day stays with your pets • 1 or 2 Dog walks per day - will be around for a good amount of the day (wfh) • Feeding & med admin etc. This is a general outline, we will discuss the particulars and make sure that you and your pet are accommodated!
