A Pet Lover Eager to Meet Yours!
Pet care experience
I’ve been taking care of my own dog for over 11 years now, dealing with the many challenges that my little critter has faced. My dog needs long daily walks, constant attention/love, and a multitude of medications - all of which have made me the animal lover and dog caretaker that I am today. Additionally, I have experience fostering kittens and dog sitting, which has taught me how to adapt to the specific needs of any given pet.

Sid had a wonderful time with Ben as his sitter. They instantly bonded and Ben clearly has a nack for animals. We will gladly been connecting with him again for future services.
Writing with many thanks to Ben for taking care of Marlo this week. Ben was wonderful to meet, great to coordinate with. A friend was watching Marlo the first half of the week and Marlo had to go to the vet for a foxtail in one paw. Ben helped with picking up Marlo from the vet, took care of him, giving him medication and keeping him company as he was recovering. The job was definitely harder than it would have been and Ben was very caring, responsible and patient. Highly recommended.
Thought this was uploaded before; so, please forgive me if it wasn't. Ben is a natural with animals of all kinds, but particularly dogs. He genuinely knows how to approach them and what works best for them, be it an extremely shy Bernese, an exuberant retriever or a frightened lap dog. He is both caring and careful with his charges. I highly recommend him.
Benjamin has been an amazing caretaker for my two dogs, one of whom is elderly and hard of hearing. He has administered oral medication to my elderly chihuahua and was caring, kind, affectionate, respectful, and patient with him and my younger, energetic and anxious shish-tzu. My dogs love him and I completely trust him with them.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a fenced yard and one friendly and calm pup to keep your pet happy and healthy. I have a large amount of room, so I can keep your pet isolated and just with me, or allow them to freely run around the house and interact with my family. In my household, our dog is the most important thing, and we treat him that way - which, of course, extends to your pet.

Information Benjamin S. would like to know about your pet
I’d love to know their temper, eating habits, exercise routine, required medications, health issues, favorite places in/around the house, and how much attention they like.
A typical day
The activities I do with dogs depend on the dog! For hyper, active, and young dogs, I take them to the dog park around the corner from my house where they can socialize, and I take them on multiple mile runs. For mellow, antisocial dogs, I take them on a quiet walks through Tilden Park in order to stimulate their senses. Additionally, many dogs love simply being in the presence of a human, which is what I am here for!

I am currently working part time with one of my college professors, so I have an extremely free and flexible schedule this summer. As the work I am conducting with my professor does not have specific hours, I can work around your schedule, instead of making you work around mine.
